Coaching sessions are usually between 45 - 60 minutes in length. Frequency of sessions is per client request but usually are either weekly or bi-monthly. Coaching sessions are conducted via phone (Skype or FaceTime if client prefers).

Coaching is not a substitute for counseling. Counseling is reactive, as in, there's a problem from the past that needs to be addressed to bring the client back up to a normal standard of living. Coaching is proactive, as in, the client wishes to raise themselves higher in life than where they currently stand. Counselors focus on the past and how a person reached their current state. Coaches focus on where a client is now and how they want to move forward and grow.
